About Knives of Alaska:
Crafted by Alaskan guide and biologist Charles Allen, Knives of Alaska are made to handle the roughest abuse and skinning chores professionals could put them through in some of the most challenging conditions on the planet.
Each has been extensively field-tested by experts on hunts around the globe to ensure it is worthy of the Knives of Alaska name. You'll find a knife in this series to handle any in-the-field need.
Only the finest blade steels are used in the Knives of Alaska Series.
Knife Combo Description:
This combination set pairs the Elk Hunter knife with the favourite Cub Bear caping knife. This pair keeps weight to a minimum, yet has the heft to take on heavy-duty field-dressing jobs.
Elk Hunter Description:
The Elk Hunter has been designed for the performance and weight conscious hunter - those hunters who climb the highest, hunt the longest and require a no-nonsence blade when it's time to hang meat on the pole.
We reduced the weight by using an integral finger guard rather than a separate and heavier bolster finger guard.
The knife is manufactured out of D2 tool steel.
Cub Bear Description:
The Cub Bear Caping Knife is ideal for fine caping work around a trophy's eys, ears, and nose or simply for caping or skinning the game.
A person's choice of outdoor gear, especially that of hunters and fishermen, is a source of personal pride and satisfaction. Buy a top quality knife or tool, buy a Knives of Alaska product.
KOA knives are guaranteed for as long as you own them. The warranty covers the blade and handle from breakage or defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover abuse, such as beating the knife with a hammer, rock, etc. or using the knife as a pry bar.
