All orders are shipped via Courier or NZ Tracked Parcel Post. We try our best to dispatch your purchase promptly. We cannot be held responsible for any items damaged during transport, nor lost parcels which have been requested as non-signature.
When a delivery is accepted, you accept the item in the condition it arrives. We ensure that our items are in great condition and packed safely. Please ensure to check the item before signing for it, as we cannot be held responsible for the condition of an item once it has been signed for and accepted.
We will, however, be more than happy to assist you to make a claim with the courier company for any lost or wrongly delivered items. Estimated arrival times are taken directly from the couriers, therefore we do not have power over the variation of delivery.
