The Lodge name is well known in Cast Iron Cookwares. A century of experience has perfected the engineering of their great design! With a quality that never falters, Lodge brings you yet another great product to serve you for years to come.
The original green Cookware, Lodge is the only cast iron cookware manufactured in North America. Lodge cast iron cookware is 100% chemical free. No paints or toxins are used - only Kosher certified soy vegetable oil.
For cooking up authentic Chinese, Thai and Cantonese cuisine, the functionality of this Lodge Pro Logic Cast Iron Asian Wok can't be surpassed. This cast-iron Wok is the perfect pan for stir-frying, thanks to its tall bowl-like sides that keep ingredients inside while flipping, stirring and tossing or while tilting the pan to the side when stir-frying foods.
Generous in size, the Lodge Pro Logic Wok provides cooks with superior heat retention to prepare legendary Asian recipes. The sturdy base and consistent source of heat helps keep the wok stationary on the stove top. It’s well designed two loop-style handles make it safe and hassle-free to move it from the stove to the counter, and it's designed for use with gas, electric and induction cook tops.
All Lodge Cookware is pre-seasoned, so it's ready to use right out of the box
Caring for your Lodge Cast Iron Cookware:
Properly cared for, your Lodge Cast Iron Cookware will last for more than a Lifetime. Here are some tips for maintaining your cookware for future generations.
After cooking, clean the utensil with hot water and a stiff brush. Never use a harsh detergent, as it can remove the seasoning. Towel dry thoroughly. While the utensil is dry but still warm from the not water bath, wipe a light coat of vegetable oil or cooking spray on all surfaces. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not store lids on the pot or pan to allow air circulation.
If you notice a metallic taste or see signs of rust, simply scour off the rust, wash the cookware with soap and hot water, dry thoroughly, and re-season using the home seasoning instructions.
