About Mora:
The town of Mora in Sweden has been a center of knife making for many centuries. The naturally superior Swedish steel, combined with skilled craftsmanship, resulted in knives that became famous for their ability to hold a superior edge and sharpen easily.
The Frosts Blacksmiths in Mora were established in 1891 developed a basic functional style that became a classic, known simply as the “Mora Knife.”

Knife Description:
A new generation of knives from Mora has Handles covered with a layer of Thermoplastic Rubber for superior grip as well as a new modern shape. It is a great choice for a no-nonsense knife with a modern design.
The Morakniv Fishing Comfort Scaler / Fish Knife has a 9.8 cm Blade with a short cleaning blade with a serrated back for scaling your catch. The Blade is manufactured out of Sandvik 12C27 Stainless Steel.
The Stainless Steel blade features a single flat bevel, finished with a half tang and directly-moulded handle for extra strength.
Furthermore, the patterned, high-friction grip texturized rubber handle is ergonomically designed making it an efficient, comfortable and safe knife to use.
Mora's Stainless Steel blades are made of the highest quality Stainless Steel available: Swedish Sandvik 12C27.
This steel produces knives with extreme strength, high edge retention, long life and a high resistance to moisture and rusting.
The sheath is made from tough plastic and will attach comfortably to most belt widths.
