The blade is then hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched and finished.
The Victorinox 8 cm Paring Knife comes with a genuine ergonomic Rosewood Handle for superior grip and comfort, with the oils of the timber creating natural antiseptic properties. Its riveted Handle ensures a strong and secure construction.
