Knife Description:
 
Victorinox’s 6” Fibrox® Curved Boning Knife features a laser tested edge with world renowned sharpness to ensure that even the toughest de-boning jobs will be handled easily.
 
The Victorinox Fibrox Boner comes with a 15 cm stiff High-Carbon Stainless Steel Blade provides maximum Sharpness and Edge Retention. The Blade is conical ground lengthwise and crosswise for minimal Resistance while Cutting and Laser Tested to ensure optimum Cutting Power
 
The patented black Fibrox® Handle is textured and slip-resistant when wet. The edge is conically ground length and crosswise to create a wider break point, which reduces the risk of blade fracturing and decreases resistance when cutting and boning.
 
All black Fibrox® knives are manufactured in Switzerland by Victorinox, the makers of the original Swiss Army Knife, and come with a Lifetime Warranty.
