Knife Description:
The Wusthof 14 cm Cheese Knife, Model 3115/14 is perfect for Hard- and Soft Cheese. The knife features a forked tip which makes serving more convenient and the sharp blade allows exact portioning. The holes in the blade prevent the cheese from sticking to it.
Every Wusthof knife is forged from one piece of specially tempered High Carbon Steel to ensure outstanding strength, balance and heft.
The black handles are made of synthetic material triple riveted to the full tang for a seamless and hygienic fit.
Not only comfortable to hold and well balanced, the blade is incredibly sharp and is easily re-sharpened.
Each Wusthof knife is carefully weighted to ensure perfect balance in the hand. The knives are dishwasher safe.
