Knife Description:

The Wusthof Classic, 20 cm Kitchen Knife, Model 4138/20 is a versatile knife which
has the perfect size for medium sized meats, turkey/chicken breast for trimming/carving meats of all kind and cutting fruits and vegetables.

The new Wusthof PEtec edge is fully forged and stays sharp up to 30 percent longer than other knives, and its blade is just right size to pour through immense chopping, slicing and dicing tasks with ease.

Every Wusthof Classic knife is forged from one piece of specially tempered High Carbon Steel to ensure outstanding strength, balance and heft.

The Classic black handles are made of synthetic material triple riveted to the full tang for a seamless and hygienic fit.

Comfortable to hold and well balanced and skillfully honed by hand, the blades are incredibly sharp and are easily resharpened.

Each knife is carefully weighted to ensure perfect balance in the hand.
