E. Goddard Limited have a proud heritage stretching from 1927 until today. Edward Goddard, a master cutler from Sheffield, England, emigrated to New Zealand and began designing and manufacturing knives in 1927. The company has grown steadily during its history.

Knife Description:

Victory knives are manufactured in Auckland, New Zealand out of imported German no-stain High Carbon Stainless Steel.

The 25 cm long Stainless Steel Butcher’s Steak Knife Blade is flat ground and has a hardness is 54-56 HRC.

It has a -78 C Quench after hardening. Its benefit is a strong, hard and wear resistant blade with an improved Edge Retention.

The Victory Butcher’s Steak Knife comes with a white Polypropylene (PP) Handle for added Safety which has proven robust and practical.

All Handle and Blade Materials are MAF and FDA approved.

Each knife is engraved with a unique Serial Number.
