Each Victorinox knife is world renowned for its sharpness and is manufactured in Switzerland by skilled Caftsmen. The Victorinox Special Tempering Process used will enable to re-sharpen the knife over and over again. Each Victorinox knife is stamped from a single sheet of metal.
The blade is then hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched and finished.
The Victorinox 8 cm Paring Knife comes with a genuine ergonomic Rosewood Handle for superior grip and comfort, with the oils of the timber creating natural antiseptic properties. Its riveted Handle ensures a strong and secure construction.
