About Bear & Son Cutlery:
All Bear & Son Cutlery knives are proudly made in the U.S.A. in Bear & Son Cutlery's fully self-contained factory.
Unlike knife-makers who assemble knives from parts bought from various suppliers, Bear & Son Cutlery creates all of their renowned products in-house, from building blanking dies to heat treating, grinding and assembly, and hand-finishing.
This allows Bear & Son Cutlery to maintain high standards of quality at an affordable price.
Knife Description:
The Bear & Son Large Farm Hand Pocket Knife is part of a traditional range of pocket knives, as originally used on the cattle ranches of Australia and the United States. These knives were a complete tool kit for the ranch hands.
Bear & Son Cutlery has resurrected a popular folding-knife design from a bygone era with its new 738 Farmhand.
As its name implies, this all-purpose design was once highly favoured by farmhands and others at a time when practical, no-nonsense tools were prized above all others.
Single bladed Farmhand knife with 9 cm blade is made out of rust-resistant High Carbon Stainless Steel. The knife comes with black Delrin handles scales with steel pins and stainless steel liners.
The length of the spring-backed folder is11.5 cm closed. This pocket folder does not have a lockable blade.
All Bear & Son knives are hand crafted in the USA.
