Modelled after Lansky’s top-selling QuadSharp, the C-Sharp is a portable all-ceramic sharpener that allows users to maintain their blades to the exact angles they set with their Controlled-angle Systems or Turn Boxes.

The C-Sharp features four sharpening angles (17º, 20º, 25º, and 30º) in 600 grit ceramic. It also has an 800 grit fine ceramic bench stone that can be used for polishing straight or serrated blades. Perfect as a Lansky System accessory, or as a stand-alone sharpening solution, the C-Sharp offers the same great features as the QuadSharp, in an all-ceramic option. The smallest, most versatile multi-angle Sharpener available!

The Medium (600) Grit Ceramic Element should be used in a Benchstone type fashion, or like a Butcher Steel. The Ceramic Benchstone is harder than Steel, will never wear out, and can be used often as the primary Sharpening Element of your QuadSharp™. The Ceramic Benchstone is also tapered for sharpening serrated knives.
