These Kitchen Scissors are great for various tasks due to the thickness of the Stainless Steel Blades.
Tiny Serrations also make for safer cutting on some of the more slippery jobs around the kitchen.
They feature a very thick blade that is difficult to bend, even when cutting hard items like konbu seaweed. The super-sharp blade is slightly serrated to prevent food from slipping under pressure.
 
These scissors can easily be taken apart for thorough separate cleaning and drying.
 
The blades are made from stainless cutlery steel and the handle is heat resistant up to 100 degrees celsius.

These scissors and their Stainless Steel Blades can be easily cared for by pulling apart for cleaning and sharpening.
