Knife Description:
The Wusthof Grand Prix II Straight Carving Fork can be used as a carving or serving fork and you´ll have a good hold on most anything as you thus can easily hold the roast whilst cutting it. The Wüsthof Grand Prix II straight meat fork is indispensable in each kitchen. Use the tines to test if food is ready.
The meat / carving fork is precision-forged from a single piece of high-carbon, stain-resistant steel and comes with a sturdy, steel bolster. The tang extends almost the full handle length for strength.
The new Wusthof PEtec edge is fully forged and stays sharp up to 30 percent longer than other knives and cutlery.
The Wusthof Grand Prix II line features an improved ergonomic, contoured handle that is slimmer so it's more comfortable to hold. The fit of the handle to the bolster has been improved to help extend the life of your knife.
The pebble-grained surface is slip-free, an improved safety feature you'll really notice, especially when hands are wet or greasy. An improved full tang improves balance and heft as you cut, slice and dice.
