Knife Description:

The Wusthof Classic 10 Inch Chef's Knife is designed after the number one knife in professional kitchens around the world.

The new Wusthof PEtec edge is fully forged and stays sharp up to 30 percent longer than other knives, and its blade is just right size to pour through immense chopping, slicing and dicing tasks with ease.

Every Wusthof Classic knife is forged from one piece of specially tempered High Carbon Stainless Steel to ensure outstanding strength, balance and heft. The Classic black handles are made of synthetic material triple riveted to the full tang for a seamless and hygienic fit.

Not only comfortable to hold, but the skillfully honed by hand blades are also incredibly sharp and are easily resharpened. Each knife is carefully weighted to ensure perfect balance in the hand.

  • Computer controlled grinding and polishing procedures result in precise tapering from bolster to tip and from back to edge
