E. Goddard Limited have a proud heritage stretching from 1927 until today. Edward Goddard, a master cutler from Sheffield, England, emigrated to New Zealand and began designing and manufacturing knives in 1927. The company has grown steadily during its history.

Knife Description:
 
All Victory and Green River Knives are manufactured in Auckland, New Zealand out of Japanese High Carbon Steel.
 
The 14 cm Skinning Blade is manufactured from Japanese High Carbon Steel, flat ground and has a Hardness is 54-56 HRC on the Rockwell Scale with a fast Oil Quench, then an overnight -78C sub-zero Quench and a double Temper after hardening. Its benefit is a strong, hard and wear resistant Blade with an improved Edge Retention. This knife is a good General Purpose or Bushcraft Knife with a sharp Clip Point that is great for sticking as well as slicing.
 
This premium Green River Skinner comes with a classic black Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) Progrip Handle and Finger Guard made for added Safety.
 
Each knife is engraved with a unique Serial Number.
 
Includes: Green River Knife, Leather Sheath, Egginton Rabbiters Sharpening Steel as shown in picture.
 
The Shepherd’s Sharpening Steel is made in Britain’s Cutlery City Sheffield from a special High Carbon Chrome Vanadium Steel selected for its hardenability and toughness. A Professional grade, high quality sharpener for a wide range of uses including fishing, hunting, home kills, and in the meat and food processing industries.
 
After hardening the Shepherd Steels to a RcH of 65, they are hard chrome plated to resist corrosion and to reduce friction. Each steel is also magnetised to retain any metal particles resulting from knife sharpening.
 
This Shepherds Pocket Sharpening Steel restores maximum sharpness to your knives in just seconds.
 
The Leather Sheath is manufactured out of quality Leather and is stitched and riveted. A Sharpening Steel Holder is integrated on the front of the sheath. It fits belts up to 90 mm in width.
