Knife Description:
A premium quality knife for the fishing industry as well as for the recreational fisherman. Victory fish knives are renowned for their performance, durability and corrosion resistance.
All Victory knives are manufactured in Auckland, New Zealand out of imported German German X46Cr13 no-stain High Carbon Stainless Steel.
The 22 cm Stainless Steel Blade is flat ground and has a Rockwell Hardness of 54-56 HRC. It has a -78 C Quench after hardening. Its benefit is a strong, hard and wear resistant blade with an improved edge retention.
The Fish Fillet knife comes with a ProGrip Handle Pattern and Finger Guard made out of Thermo Plastic Elastomer.
All Handle and Blade Materials are MAF and FDA approved.
Each knife is engraved with a unique Serial Number.
