The 8” Filleting Knife (7.7210.20G) features a first class ergonomically shaped Rosewood Handle with a single piece, full tang construction that is triple riveted for maximum durability.
 
This handforged Filleting Knife enables immaculate deboning and skinning of meats and fish, with minimal effort or waste. With a narrow, wear-resistant stainless steel blade and a smooth, ergonomic handle of top quality wood, the Grand Maître Wood Filleting Knife glides through tricky tasks with control and flexibility.
 
The High-Carbon Stainless-Steel Blade is ice tempered to sustain its sharpness longer and hot dropped for superior elasticity and strength.
 
Honing is made easier thanks to a bolsterless edge that makes the entire edge available for use.
