The N°120 Parallèle Carving knife with a blade length of 16 cm is Ideal for carving roasts, legs of lamb and poultries. With a carving fork, the carving knife is ideal to slice meat. Its excellent handling makes it also effective in slicing fruits and vegetables.
The N°126 Parallèle Paring knife with its short and sharp 8 cm blade will be an essential in your kitchen to slice and peel fruits and vegetable and to trim meat.
