Kanetsune Seki Classic Damascus Kitchen Knife Series feature a Damascus Style Blade with a core of VG-10 Stainless Steel with a Rockwell Hardness of 60-61 HRC that is layered with beautiful polished and hammered Stainless Steel Damascus.
 
The Damascus Santoku comes with a Mahogany Wood Handle with Stainless Steel Bolster and Rivets and is delivered in an attractive Cardboard Gift Box.
 
Please note that this should never be run through a dishwasher, left in the sink, or left wet for long periods of time.
