Knife Description:
 
Designed to perform up to the standards of Professional Butchers, Swibo Blades are made from a Victorinox custom blended high-grade Stainless Steel that features an optimal combination of strength and flexibility, wear/corrosion resistance. The polished Blade is sharpened to a precise, long-lasting Edge for accurate cuts.
 
Victorinox Swibo Blades are made with a non-porous Swiss Polyamide, injection molded onto the handle and hermetically sealed around the blade for a secure hold and balance in addition to an easily sanitizable tool with no cracks or holes.
 
The non-porous blade and non-slip grip Handle join to make this an excellent knife for professional or even home use. Recognizable from a mile away, the Swibo signature handles are yellow in color with an ergonomic in shape.
 
With Victorinox Swibo, Victorinox perfected the functional, durable, food-safe blade for all meat fabrication including deboning, skinning, filleting, and slicing, and other cutting tasks. Swibo Knives by Victorinox are dishwasher safe.
 
The Victorinox Swibo Butchers’ Filleting Knife comes with a 17 cm semi-flexible High-Carbon Stainless Steel Blade providing maximum Sharpness and Edge Retention.
