Designed to perform up to the standards of professional butchers and fishmongers, Victorinox Swibo Blades are made from a Victorinox custom blended 1.4110 Stainless Steel that features an optimal combination of strength and flexibility, wear/corrosion resistance. The polished Blade is sharpened to a precise, long-lasting edge for accurate cuts.
 
Swibo Blades are made with a non-porous Swiss Polyamide, injection molded onto the handle and hermetically sealed around the blade for a secure hold and balance in addition to an easily sanitizable tool with no cracks or holes. Recognizable from a mile away, the Swibo Signature Handles are yellow in color with an ergonomic in shape.
