Knife Description:
 
The Dragon Classic 6“ Utility Knife is able to make food look delicious by enabling to cut thin, even slices. The long length narrow blade slices without tearing or sawing. Ideal for slicing a wide variety of meats as well as cutting larger vegetables.
 
The ultra-precise cutting edge holds its sharpness longer than other brands, and the full tang construction and angled bolster offer superior comfort and dexterity during use.
 
The handle is made of FDA approved black resin and linen Canvas Micarta with three stainless steel rivets. The canvas material is dyed black and brilliantly finished to last for decades. The end-cap of the handle is made of 18/10 stainless steel, which provides outstanding stability and balance.
