Knife Description:

The latest edition to the Victory Knives & Tattooed Butcher range is the full tang boning knife. James has been using the Narrow Curved Boning Knife (2/720/15) for years – it is the most popular go-to boning knife for butchers in our range.

With the success of the Victory Knives & Tattooed Butcher leaver it was a question of where to next. The obvious choice was a boning knife. With the same attention to detail the full tang boning knife has been created.

This knife is made from 2.5 mm German stainless steel and treated with the tried and proven manufacturing techniques here at Victory Knives - heat treated to 54 HRC, hand polished and fitted with custom European made composite scales. The full tang provides added weight (180grams) and delivers a great hard working balanced boning knife. 15cm in length.

Victory Knives offers a lifetime guarantee on all our knives (excluding misuse and general wear and tear).

We are very proud of this knife and how it was developed; we hope you enjoy putting it to work as much as we did manufacturing it.

All Victory Knives are manufactured in Auckland, New Zealand out of Japanese SK85 High Carbon Steel.

The Stainless Steel Blade is flat ground and has a Hardness is 54-56 HRC on the Rockwell Scale with a fast Oil Quench, then an overnight -78C sub-zero Quench and a double Temper after hardening. Its benefit is a strong, hard and wear resistant Blade with an improved edge retention which can be re-sharpened easily.

Each knife is engraved with a unique Serial Number.
