Knife Description:
The sharp Basic Fillet Blade moves extremely smoothly through the fish and you get clean-cut fillets easily.

The well fitting Rubber Handle with integrated Finger Guard and the flexible Stainless Steel Blade ensure clean-cut fillets. This size of Blade is best suited for processing fish about 2-3 kg.

The filleting knife is an excellent tool for other jobs in the kitchen. The knife is supplied with a practical plastic sheath.

Even many other kitchen chores, such as slicing vegetables, cubing meat etc. become easy with this knife.
