The "Pattada" knife is commonly known also as "Resolza" (from the Latin word for razor) or "Pattadese".
Originally used by the pastors, the Pattada is normally considered as the Sardinian knife for excellence and is built in many different versions from the original for shapes, materials used and decorations.
The Pattada sports a 6 cm Clip-Point Blade manufactured from 420 Series Stainless Steel.
