Knife Description:
Based on the design by Manuel de la Torre, the Spanish manufacturer Nieto produces the handy but extremely robust Grillo Belt Knife.
The satin-finished 7 cm Drop-Point Blade in full-tang design is made of the proven Böhler N-695 High-performance Steel with a hardness of 60 on the Rockford Scale.
N695 is stainless steel produced by Bohler that’s used in many different types of survival knives and fixed blades. It is considered softer steel in comparison to most other higher-end steel available. Böhler 695 is a solid choice for those who want great high-quality knife steel. It’s most common use is for camping or hunting blades. N695 Steel can withstand all-purpose use, which makes it a great pick for bushcraft survival and hiking.
Handle scales made of G10, a high-quality Fibreglass Composite produced in a special high-pressure process combined with epoxy resin. The material is very hard and resistant.
Green fibreglass liners and black G10 handle scales are used for the ergonomically shaped handle.
The included black leather sheath with belt loop features green decorative stitching to match the knife.
