Knife Description:
A great all-purpose knife, the Drop Point features strong, thick point for heavier tasks.
The stainless steel blade is etched with the Marttiini name and is complemented by an ergonomic handle made from textured rubberized plastic and offers a very solid grip even when wet. The handle has both an inset for your index finger, and a slightly hooked pommel so the knife will never slip out of your hand.
The knife is surprisingly lightweight which reduces hand and wrist fatigue if you're using it for a long time.
Comes with a nicely constructed leather sheath featuring the Marttiini logo printed in silvery ink. The sheath contains a long plastic liner to prevent the very sharp blade from slicing through as well as a belt loop.
The Stainless Steel used by Marttiini is easy to maintain as the Stainless Steel Blade remains sharp for long. Chromium makes up 13% of the steel mixture and the hardness of the mixture is 53-54 Rockwell units (HRC). A Diamond Sharpener is recommended for sharpening Chromium Steel, but other sharpeners will also work.
