The Benchmade Long 10 Strap Cutter was designed for a variety of emergency utility situations.
The handle is elongated for reaching tight places in addition to supplying more stability in your grip.
A versatile rescue instrument designed originally for corrections officers, the enlarged hook gap allows cutting of rope and other larger diameter woven materials up to 25mm (1") thick.
The rounded end of the hook provides safety from contact with the skin while the edge on the 440C blade steel slices through seatbelts, netting and clothing with ease.
The handle is covered in a black PVC coating that adds durability and grip.
Cutting through the webbing will be like using a hot knife on soft butter. Simple as that. And no need to worry about cuts or punctures where you don't want them. The design shields the cutting edge. Protecting delicate surfaces.
