The Anza 8” Fish Filleting Knife comes with a 20.3 cm flexible Blade manufactured from 1095 High Carbon Steel.
 
Anza knives have blades made from files that have been annealed, cold ground and polished.
 
All knives feature full tang construction and come with a top grain cowhide belt sheath.
