This model has been in production since the late 1960s and has been exported around the world for more than 50 years.
 
The Classic’s sharp 19 cm (7 1/2”) Fish Fillet Blade moves extremely smoothly through the fish and you get clean-cut fillets easily. The extraordinarily sharp and semi-flexible blade follows the contour of the fish easily. he extraordinarily sharp and flexible.
 
The Stainless Steel used by Marttiini is easy to maintain as the Stainless Steel Blade remains sharp for long. Chromium makes up 13% of the steel mixture and the hardness of the mixture is 53-54 Rockwell units (HRC). A Diamond Sharpener is recommended for sharpening Chromium Steel, but other sharpeners will also work.
 
The Knife comes with a genuine Birchwood Handle.
 
This Blade length is suitable for processing small to medium-sized fish. Many other kitchen chores, such as slicing vegetables also become easy with this knife.
 
The Filleting Knife is supplied with a Leather Belt Sheath. The heath has a plastic sleeve inside that supports the sheath and protects the blade.
 
Note: Even though the blades of these knives are extremely tough fillet knives are not made for steaking fish or cutting through bones.
