The Dragon Classic 10.5“ Slicing Knife is perfect for carving meats. The razor sharp edge allows you to cleanly slice any meat as thinly as you like without tearing or sawing. You can also use it to cut large fruits.
 
The ultra-precise cutting edge holds its sharpness longer than other brands, and the full tang construction and angled bolster offer superior comfort and dexterity during use.
 
The handle is made of FDA approved black resin and linen Canvas Micarta with three stainless steel rivets. The canvas material is dyed black and brilliantly finished to last for decades. The end-cap of the handle is made of 18/10 stainless steel, which provides outstanding stability and balance.
