Handcrafted in Willamette Valley Oregon, Ferrum’s Reserve 4” Paring Knife features a Handle made from reclaimed Oregon Black Walnut contoured to fit perfectly into your hand.
 
Each blade is forged from tough cryo-hardened US Nitrogen Steel, providing a super-sharp cutting performance; blade is wrapped in a layer of Chromium rich alloy to protect from harsh corrosive elements. Each blade is hand sharpened to a 16 Degree “Apple Seed” Edge for long-lasting cutting performance. Treatment results in a 61° Rockwell Hardness,
 
The Ferrum Reserve Paring Knife is small, light and versatile, designed to peel, cut, clean and garnish fruit and vegetables.
 
The beautiful handcrafted Walnut Handle is shaped from reclaimed Hardwood; special Burnishing Technique and Oil Rub gives the Handle a luster finish
 
Our Santoku Ferrum Knife combines the style of a cleaver and a chef’s knife allowing for exceptional versatility and more control. It’s perfect for slicing, dicing, and mincing and particularly useful for thin slices and sticky foods.
