The AccuSharp® Asian-Style Knife Sharpener is great for sharpening and maintaining your 15-degree blades. This commercial grade knife sharpener features diamond coated rods and fine ceramic rods. The diamond coated rods are designed to carefully sharpen your 15-degree edge while the fine ceramic rods are perfect for honing and finishing your blade.
The heavy-duty, ergonomically designed handle with the rubber over-molded grip provides a stable and comfortable platform for sharpening your knives.
Once the edge is raised on the diamond rods, dress it on the ceramic rods, or if the knife already has a good edge, maintain it on the ceramic rods.
The broad sticky base attaches securely to a flat surface, making this nearly the equal of any bench mounted system for stability.
Designed with an ergonomic grip, full-length finger guard and thumb rest, the AccuSharp is both safe and comfortable to use right-handed or left-handed. Its large ergonomic handle is made of brushed Aluminium and framed in plastic with a matte finish.
