Knife Description:
The Dan model, answers to a specific contemporary need: to carry a knife, suitable for everyday life, not considered offensive. To this can be easily opened with one hand, but comes out without a locking system.
After the great success of the first series DAN models with G10 and carbon fiber scales, Viper released these new versions with premium wood scales.
The name is followed by a number that identifies the blade shape and hides the acronym "Daily Assorted Needs" that suggests the great versatility of this small folder.
The new DAN models with premium wood scales are the perfect "Gentlemen's EDC knife".
The 7.4 cm Blade is satin finished Bohler N690Co Stainless Steel. An improved 440C, BOHLER N690 is a conventionally produced Chromium Stainless Steel with high hardness, wear-resistance and good corrosion resistance in the hardened and tempered condition.
The Dan 1 Slip-Joint Folder features Ziricote Wood Handle Scales, Stainless Steel Liners and a Stainless Steel Pocket Clip.
