Handcrafted in Willamette Valley Oregon, Ferrum’s Reserve 6” Dual-Edge Utility Knife features a Handle made from reclaimed Oregon Black Walnut contoured to fit perfectly into your hand.
Each Blade is forged from tough cryo-hardened US Nitrogen Steel, providing a super-sharp cutting performance; blade is wrapped in a layer of Chromium rich alloy to protect from harsh corrosive elements. Each Blade is hand sharpened to a 16 Degree “Apple Seed” Edge for long-lasting cutting performance. Treatment results in a 61° Rockwell Hardness,
The Ferrum Reserve Fillet Knife is designed to trim meat, fat and maneuver around bones, as well as cleaning fish.
The beautiful handcrafted Walnut Handle is shaped from reclaimed Hardwood; special Burnishing Technique and Oil Rub gives the Handle a luster finish.
The knife should be handwashed only!
