Sharpening Steel Description:

Our Chef’s Honing Steel is now available with a beautifully made, brushed Stainless Steel Guard. This means that the Steel perfectly complements many of the bolstered Chefs knives on the market.

Additionally, some users may prefer the Stainless Steel Guard as it provides a durable surface which prevents the formation of deep knife strike marks and protects the users hands.

The rest of the Handle is made from non-absorbent triple-riveted Polypropylene which is sterilisable.
