Knife Description:

The Bark River Mini Kalahari Hunter excels at field-dressing small to medium sized game and it can serve double duty as a hiker or small camp knife. Even though it is a very stout knife but the features allow it to be nimble and handle very efficiently in the hand.

The Blade is adept at slicing and works well for general food-prep afield. The handle is smaller than the Kalahari's, but since it retains the same ergonomics it's comfortable even in sustained use. The Bark River Mini-Kalahari is just the right size and weight for an easy-carry belt knife.

The 9.5 cm Blade manufactured out of A-2 Tool Steel is a Semi-Skinner Style with a false edge designed into the Point. The Semi-Skinner style Blade is a hybrid design combining a straight back Hunter with a Skinner style blade.

The tip of the blade is just below the main part of the spine and the overall design emphasizes more the straight hunter blade usage.

The riveted Canvas Micarta Handle with Lanyard Hole is superbly designed with a palm swell and contouring that provides for s secure, comfortable grip even with extended use.

The knife carries in a top quality brown Leather Sheath with Belt Loop.
