The Distress Whistle from Bushcraft produces a high decibel noise from low air input.

This bright orange emergency distress whistle has an NSN approval number and produces a high decibel noise from low input. A very valuable addition to any Survival Kit or PFD.

This whistle is small enough to be carried anywhere and features a side clip so that it may be affixed to any available cloth to include clothing, life raft straps and life vests.

Features bright orange toughened plastic exterior. An essential outdoor item. SOLAS approved.

Note: The internationally recognized distress signal is 6 blasts of the whistle with a 1 minute break then repeated.
