The razor-sharp, hand ground, progressive Stainless Steel Blade features through tang construction that equals maximum strength and stability when cutting; concentrated cutting power from the tang to the tip of the blade.
 
Its PTFE non-stick coating on the Blade makes filleting even easier.  Its incredible extra thin and razor-sharp  Blade allows the greatest flexibility and control ever and the non-stick coating lets the fillets effortlessly fall away. Great for smaller sized Fish.
 
The shotgun style checkering on the baked Birch Wood Handle with Finger Guard and a polished Brass Ferrule does not only look, but also feels good.
 
Its tooled genuine Leather Sheath with Belt Loop has a structured internal Insert for safe knife storage.
