The serrations on this beautiful, 12 CM Tomato knife slices even the ripest tomato as thin as you like. This knife even has a forked end to pick up the tomato slices. This knife has a serrated edge that is incredibly sharp and versatile like ie slicing sausage.

The Wusthof Gourmet 12 cm Tomato Knife 4101/12cm is forged from one piece of specially tempered High Carbon Stainless Steel to ensure outstanding strength, balance and heft.

The Gourmet black handles are made of synthetic material triple riveted to the full tang for a seamless and hygienic fit. They are virtually indestructible.

Not only comfortable to hold, but the skillfully honed by hand blades are also incredibly sharp, and are easily resharpened.

Each knife is carefully weighted to ensure perfect balance in the hand.
