The Fisher Space Pen - Cap-O-Matic series is a retractable pen with no button on top; the whole cap moves to work the point.

Many Fisher Space Pens in this series are engravable and at a modest price they are a favourite. Personalized items make great gifts and are very popular.

The Cap-O-Matic series come with a medium point black ink cartridge and uses the standard "PR" series refills.

The standard Fisher "PR Series" Refills were developed for NASA and have been used on EVERY Space Shuttle mission both American and Russian. They are hermetically sealed with a specially formulated thixotropic ink and pressurized to about 35 PSI. They are the only refills that will write at any angle because they do not rely on gravity, and have a shelf life of 100 years.
