The Wusthof Silverpoint 8 cm Paring Knife, Model 4023/8ccm is is the most versatile of all parers: for mincing shallots, onions and herbs as well as cleaning and cutting vegetables. All is easily accomplished with the comfortable grip and razor-sharp hardened stainless steel edge.
 
Every Wusthof knife is forged from one piece of specially tempered No-Stain High Carbon Steel to ensure outstanding strength, balance and heft.
 
The black handles are made of synthetic material and have a seamless and hygienic fit.
 
Not only comfortable to hold and well balanced, the blade is incredibly sharp and is easily re-sharpened.
 
Each Wusthof knife is carefully weighted to ensure perfect balance in the hand. The knives are dishwasher safe.
