These knives are made with edge-holding High Carbon Steel for smoother cutting.

The comfortable curved ergonomic handle allows for long periods of carving without hand fatigue.

Each carving knife is constructed with an Ash handle and a high carbon steel blade which holds an edge extremely well and is easily maintained by simple stropping.

Each blade is honed, polished and ready to go.

Our Roughing Knife features a straight, 5.1 cm blade for heavier stock removal with a rounded durable point.
