Knife Description:

CRKTs Aluminum InterFrame build SF folders share a unique design requested by military procurement specialists. The dual grind Tanto blades were specified because they offer maximum strength.

The M16-14SF Big Dog Aluminum is CRKTs hefty utility version, with a 98 mm dual grind Tanto blade and full-size handle with butt pommel.

Blade, frame and hardware are non-reflective tactical black. The blade receives a black titanium nitride coating for maximum corrosion resistance. Kit's trademark dual checkered thumb studs are standard. One-hand opening and closing is quick and smooth.

It features our exclusive patented (1) AutoLAWKS automatic safety, which turns the folder into a virtual fixed blade automatically.

The Aluminum frame SF features contoured scales of hard anodized 6061 T6 aluminum, with a perimeter radius for a comfortable grip with or without gloves, stainless steel liners with friction grooves, and a premium 8Cr14MoV Stainless Steel with a Combined Razor-Sharp and Triple-Point Serrated Blade.

The knife is equipped with clip options that allow four-position carry on belts or webbing.

Caution: These knives are not designed for tip-up in-pocket carry! They are special knives, designed by the Military for Special Forces use.
