The new Opinel Gourmet Knife is ideal for working with avocado, garlic, pitting fruit and more. For lovers of nature and homemade products.

This N° 07 Pocket Knife is equipped with a Sandvik 12C27M Stainless Steel Blade. The curved blade is pointed and short (4cm) and allows you to easily incise and peel. The short blade is more precise than a long blade - the hand being closer to the fruit allows better control with maximum strength, offering safety and speed. The pocket size allows you to carry the knife and protect the blade when the knife is stored. Varnished

Multi-Use:
 
  • For chestnuts: incision + peeling of the two skins.

The knife features a Safety Ring for locking the Blade. The double Virobloc Safety Ring was created by Marcel Opinel in 1955 and locks the blade either in open or closed position.
