Knife Description:
 
The Fisher Fillet Knife features a stiff 7.375" full-tang 440C Stainless Steel Blade with a brushed satin finish.

The tan canvas Micarta Handles are contoured for a secure and comfortable grip.

This Blade length is suitable for processing small to medium-sized fish. Many other kitchen chores, such as slicing vegetables also become easy with this knife.
 
The Filleting Knife is supplied with a moulded Kydex Belt Sheath.

Note: Even though the blades of these knives are extremely tough fillet knives are not made for steaking fish or cutting through bones.
