The Victorinox Slotted Turner (Fish) Spatula features a Stainless Steel, slightly offset slotted construction that is razor thin and flexible.

The polished Edge will slide easily under foods without crumbling. It is perfect for delicate fish, and the metal surface won't waver and maintains its strength while lifting heavier items.

The handle is comfortable and is made of Hazelnut Wood with two (2) Stainless Steel rivets for precise control.

The long wide slots traveling the length of the flipping surface allow grease and fats to drip away. This is a turner for lifting delicate items like Fish.

Manufactured for Victorinox in France by Nogent – Master Cutler since 1923.
