Since early times, the Norwegian knife has been an important companion in everyday life. Norwegian knife manufacturing today is clearly influenced by traditional shapes and materials that were established hundreds of years ago.

The triple laminated Stainless Steel core is made of high alloy steel which gives it a lasting, razor-sharp edge. It is protected by two layers of tough Stainless Steel.

These layers protect the blade against breakage and corrosion, while the high carbon core provides a superb cutting edge. This triple laminated stainless steel is unique to the knife blades.

Knife Description:

The Fire was the first full tang knife produced in the Helle Factory.

The Helle Fire is a stout shorter Hunting Knife with a blade manufactured from our triple laminated Stainless Steel to give an extraordinary edge that is polished and razor sharp.

The stout 6.8 cm wide Drop-Point Blade has the typical working shape of farm hunting and shipboard knives.

The one piece Curly Birch Handle of the Fire wraps around the lower part of the tang and forms a Finger Guard leaving it only visible on the upper surface of the handle. This protects your fingers when used in cold weather.

The Sheath manufactured out of black full-grain Leather has a snap style retaining strap and comes with a Belt Loop.

Each knife is painstakingly hand crafted for the ultimate quality and outdoor durability.
