Knife Description:
 
In the context of the 130th Anniversary of EKA an old design, EKA considers the Swede to be one of the best knives in history which has now been polished and modernised.
 
The result is the Swede 7 Folder. With regard to the dimensions it is similar to the Swede 8. The shape of the blade is a classic Droppoint. Where the Swede 8 is delivered with a Nylon Sheath, the Swede 7 delivered with a Leather Sheath.
 
The Eka Swede 7 Lockback Folder is highly appreciated and is is very suitable for allround and outdoor use.
 
The Swede 7’s 8 cm Drop-Point Blade is manufactured from Sandvik 12C27 Stainless Steel hardened to 57-59 HRC. The edges are extremely durable.
 
The knife is held together with screws which makes it extremely strong. This design also enables the blade action to be adjusted very easily.

The handle of this version is made of Bubinga Wood on top of Stainless Steel Liners and comes with an effective and strong Backlock Mechanism.. This type of wood is similar to Rosewood. It is known for the beautiful pattern and is very suitable for fine carving and milling work. Because of the proper ergonomics the knife fits the hand perfectly.
